Customer Service Executives

A Customer Service Executive ensures outstanding to customers of a specific company. He/she makes sure that all needs of companies are aptly met. Customer Service Executives manage day-to-day functions of customer support department. They establish standards and protocols to be used by the team to promote utmost customer satisfaction. We understand the pivotal role of a Customer Service Executive in an organization and make all efforts to provide with experienced professionals who would fulfill the following responsibilities: - Answer calls promptly and professionally to supply valuable information related to products and services, obtain details of complaints, and/or take / cancel orders. - Preserve records for customer interactions and transactions - Recording details (big and small) of inquiries, complaints, and comments - Record all actions taken - Process orders, forms and applications. - Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' complaints and/or requests. - Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments to make sure further investigation is done.
